Fatboy Slim is coming to Quarters. On Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th October, the superstar DJ / producer plays Brighton’s most forward-thinking new music venue for the first time, all in aid of the Brighton & Hove Albion FC Foundation. Promising an up-close set of the big beats and high-energy dancefloor classics that have made him one of the best-loved and most celebrated DJs on the planet, tickets are flying out, with 13th October already sold out. Remaining tickets for Wednesday 14th October are on sale now at quarters.seetickets.com, with 100% of all ticket proceeds going directly to the Foundation’s important work across Sussex.
Norman Cook, a.k.a. Fatboy Slim, has packed out venues on a scale most DJs can only dream of for decades. His Big Beach Boutique events on Brighton Beach drew crowds of hundreds of thousands and became the stuff of legend. His seminal productions Praise You, Right Here Right Now, Rockafeller Skank, Sunset (Bird Of Prey) and more saw him rule charts and dancefloors across the globe. To see Fatboy Slim drop these massive tunes at Quarters – an intimate arches venue on the seafront of the city he calls home – is something genuinely unmissable.
For Fatboy Slim, this is more than a one-off fundraiser. As a long-standing ambassador, his support for the Brighton & Hove Albion FC Foundation goes well beyond the stage. He has hosted quiz nights, greeted fans at matchdays, performed for the Foundation’s Albion Memories dementia support group, and much more. When Norman Cook shows up for the Foundation, he shows up properly, and these two nights at Quarters are no different, with 100% of ticket revenue going to the charity.

Norman Cook said, “I’m really looking forward to getting behind the decks at Quarters next week. It’s a great way to help BHAFC Foundation and put a spotlight on the incredible work they do.”
The BHAFC Foundation is the official charity of Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. Supporting more than 20,000 people every year, the Foundation changes lives through the power of football in 35 towns and cities across Sussex. They bring free weekly football to over 1,000 children, teach literacy and numeracy in over 150 primary schools, support thousands of girls playing football for the first time, and are one of the biggest disability football providers in the country. Every penny from these two October nights goes directly into funding work like this.
Lucy Cotter, BHAFC Foundation Fundraising Manager said, “We are so incredibly grateful to Norman for everything he does to support us here the Foundation. He is a fantastic ambassador, a brilliant champion of our work and these benefit gigs at Quarters are a just another example of him going the extra mile for us. Not only will the gigs be amazing fun, the funds and awareness they generate will help us reach and support even more people and make a positive difference across our community. We hope everyone has a fantastic time!”
Quarters is worthy of the occasion. Built on the hallowed ground of The Zap, it has established itself in just a year as one of the UK’s most exciting new club spaces. Operated by AMAAD and powered by a bespoke L-Acoustics A15 surround sound system, Quarters has already welcomed the likes of Laurent Garnier, Shy FX and Chris Stassy to its 360-degree DJ booth. The atmosphere is intimate, built on the art of the extended DJ set and a dancefloor culture that puts the music above everything else. It could have been built for Fatboy Slim.
With Tuesday night already sold out and Wednesday selling fast, anyone who wants to be in the room for one of the year’s most special club nights needs to move quickly. Tickets for Wednesday 14th October are available now at quarters.seetickets.com. More information on the Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation and the work that a ticket helps fund is available at bhafcfoundation.org.uk.
