ASCO BRINGS HIS COVETED SYMPHONY OF CAOS LIVE CONCEPT TO PARIS’ SALLE PLEYEL

On 4th February, Italian DJ, conductor, composer and live performer ASCO will bring his live concept Symphony of CAOS to Salle Pleyel, offering Paris audiences a rare and unexpected encounter that fuses the magical worlds of techno and classical music together. 

For one night only, ASCO brings his electric stage presence to the legendary Salle Pleyel – conducting a full orchestra. On stage, he leads the orchestra through his own techno compositions, entangling electronic rhythms and symphonic writing into a single live experience and concept that is sure to blow your socks off. What emerges is neither a club night nor a classical concert, but something in between — a performance designed for people to experience two ends of the musical spectrum colliding in epic fashion. 

Symphony of CAOS was born from a simple question: what happens when the repetitive power of techno is treated like orchestral music? For ASCO, both worlds share more than is often assumed — structure, tension, release, and a physical relationship to sound in its biggest form. By bringing these elements together on a concert stage, he explores the balance between order and chaos, a theme that runs through both electronic music and classical composition. 

Presenting this project at Salle Pleyel carries a particular resonance. Long associated with the great symphonic repertoire, the venue has housed names like Ray Charles, Gerry Mulligan & Bob Brookmeyer, Bird (Charlie Parker) with his quintet, Maurice Ravel and many more. For classical audiences, it offers a new way to experience electronic music; for techno listeners, it invites a deeper, more attentive relationship with sound and performance. 

Rather than focusing on spectacle, Symphony of CAOS places emphasis on collective performance and sonic experience. The orchestra is not a backdrop, and the electronics are not an add-on.
