Jason Kushy has released his new tech house EP, Side Effects, available today, November 6, 2026, through OMNIX Records, under exclusive license to Universal Music Ltda.

The release features two original tracks, “No Distractions” and “Veneno,” and continues Kushy’s focus on club energy, melodic accessibility and the connection between DJ and audience. The EP follows his Beatport-charting Keep It Moving project and adds another release to a catalog that began taking shape in 2025.
Released through Direct Action Records, Keep It Moving peaked at No. 18 on Beatport’s Tech House Top 100 Releases chart. Kushy has since surpassed one million Spotify streams, reached more than 120,000 monthly listeners and connected with over 450,000 unique listeners during the past 12 months.
Based in Monterey, California, and raised in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley, Kushy started teaching himself to DJ at approximately 11 years old with an $80 mixer in his parents’ basement. By eighth grade, he had launched his own DJ business, later performing at weddings, proms and parties. These early experiences helped him develop the ability to read a room and respond to different audiences.
That foundation continues to inform his approach to both production and performance. Kushy’s music has received support from Louis The Child, SIDEPIECE, Jauz, Wolfgang Gartner, Bingo Players and San Holo, while Dim Mak, Insomniac Records, Barong Family and Space Yacht have also provided repost support.
His catalog includes “Gave It My All,” “I’m Okay” and “Close the Door,” alongside remixes of tracks by Fleetwood Mac, Pet Shop Boys, Hall & Oates, Natasha Bedingfield and Sean Paul.
Through Stay Kushy, he brings together original music, minimalist artwork, exclusive live edits and custom visuals inspired by games, animation and pop culture. With Side Effects, Kushy continues to develop a creative identity rooted in authenticity, shared experiences and dance-floor connection.
